Job Description:
The Clinical Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the educational program for all non-medical clinical roles within Hospital. As such, the Clinical Training Manager will ensure a calendar of mandatory training and liaise with clinical department heads to identify emerging training needs. The training program will be a combination of in service and outsourced programs within budgetary limits.
Qualifications:
- With experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC as nurse educator, clinical instructor or training manager for clinal and non clinical role in health care sectors and not in universities.
- Has BLS & ACLS instructed.
- Has experience in nursing ,nursing competency program ,orientation & training.
- Experience with International accreditation.
- Knowleged about medical equipments.
- Know KSA healthcare regulations.
- Clinical skilled
- RN with valid license
