| Prepare Level 3 Construction Schedule |
| Develop Level 4 Construction Schedule |
| Extract Resource Requirement based on schedule |
| Prepare and Follow up 3 Month lookahead Schedules based on approved L4 Schedule |
| Perform all aspects of schedule updates with the project team. |
| Analyze and evaluate schedule updates and explain impacts to the project team. |
| Lead schedule presentations. |
| Preparation & updating of Resource loaded schedule. |
| Track change conditions and impacts to the schedule. |
| Write schedule narratives as required. |
| Notify the delay events in the baseline schedule against activity delays. |
| Identify and articulate schedule concerns and delays to the project stakeholders. |
| Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration. |
| Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews. |
