1. Plan, prepare and execute the standard, non-standard and critical lifting plan for all the lifting activities as per the company standards.
2. Plan and prepare the method statement, JSA and RA for the Lifting activities.
3. Plan and provide the solutions for the complex lifting activity.
4. Ensure that the lifting gears and lifting equipment are suitable for the lifting operation.
5. Educate the safe working procedure to the lifting crew and the other person involved in the operation.
6. Guide for crane selection and set up procedures.
7. Ensure that all the lifting activity is carried out the company standards.
8. Arrange and distribute the crane as per the site requirement and severity.
9. Co-ordinate with the mechanical department, safety department and the logistic department for all the requirements.
10. Co-ordinate the structural design teams for designing the lifting points, sleeve locations and so on. |
