FIRE TRUCK DRIVER AND OPERATOR
Responds during emergency and fire incident, inspection of fire hose cabinet/fire hose box. inspection of fire extinguishers along
the plant. Inspection of fire fighting equipment along the plant. Conduct emergency and fire drills every quarters during audit. Do
daily reports and and submit to HSE Supervisor. Round roving every two (2) hours along the plants. reporting for fire hazards and
any leaks from hydrants and fuel lines. Checking of foam tanks for monitoring as part of fire department jobs.Doing job as
requested by HSE Supervisor. Operates Fire Truck apparatus during fire incidents, operates fire fighting equipments of the plant.
Minimum Diploma, NFPA (1001,1002,472)
